Cancelation of Rain 5G
They are very quick to install, But when it comes to cancellation they do everything in there power to stall, this way they can get more money from you. They told me it will cost me R1 for November. I took the deal. The internet is very bad, despite the fact I have full coverage, I have logged the cancellation on the 18th, and called then just about every day since. I am yet to get any response from them, and now they are telling me the will bill be for December. I mean I have 4 different reference numbers for the same thing WHAT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND OVER ALL THIS IS JUST A COMPANY TO STAY AWAY FROM

But since then they have been very quite again. Also took money from my account despite the fact that I have cancelled and that I was told I will only be billed the R1 they advertised.
This seems like fals adverstising they did to lock users in.
Also beware that you sign up for a Subscription / not a debit order. This means they can take money from your account and you cannot reverse this.
Very "under the matt" way of doing this.
But since then they have been very quite again. Also took money from my account despite the fact that I have cancelled and that I was told I will only be billed the R1 they advertised.

They send me links to pick a time and date. Which I do.
Then they call me to reschedule.
Then they do not not pitch on the time they picked.
I then get a sms saying the are having delays.
Then I call to get this **** show sorted for them to tell my they do not find any reference number, even though it is on the SMS they sent.
And then to top this all off. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!
