Cancelation of contract is not allowed!!!!!
Apparently once you've signed a contract with them you cannot cancel. All cancelation options do not work. And now they continue to debit from my account even though I have requested to cancel.

I was advised I will be called back again because you did not have enough information but still no feedback. I have been with Rain for a number of years now and I don't require the service anymore.
I have a simple request, please cancel my contract!!!
