Cancelation not actioned

I am extremely annoyed with Rain I canceled services they did not cancel the services, I was told to log a ticket and I did just that. No one assisted they proceeded to debit my account a month later. I called once again logged multiple tickets from Jan 2023 right to November 2023 no one has assisted me. I have made multiple requests for the router to be picked up on Friday after 2. The will call on Monday morning while I'm at work to tell me they on their way, after multiple calls and tickets and no assistance they hand me over and say I owe them R1058. 00 I do not owe rain I'm fed up with this company.
