Cancelation nightmare

I am not impressed by the service received by this company. I have been trying to cancel my account since July and have all the proof thereof. We spoke to a consultant on Thursday the 10th of August and still nothing. They are still trying to debit my account each and everyday cauing bank charges on my account. I am going to have to report them to the CPA and make them pay me bank all my bank costs.
