Cancelation.
Good day,
I have a serious problem with trying to cancel with rain, I have waited for a week to get contacted, I have even phoned in waiting for an agent to contact me back in order to cancel the plan,
From all the reviews I've seen it seems like cancelling with rain is a problem.
I want it to be cancelled and proof of the cancelation, I DO NOT WANT TO BE DEBITED after the cancelation is done. I am getting tired of calling in to cancel with rain.
This cancelation needs to be done by the End of the day!
I really do not understand why service providers can't do their job and we must lay reviews in order to get something done...

Why are you not getting an agent to call me so this process can be done, or why is there no email sent to email address which is ***?
