Cancelation

I have never been so disappointed with this service provider It is very bad with everything, i canceled on may but they didn't cancel they keeped trying to bill me, first of june they billed me for may now this thing of their is not working but they say my next payment is on 1st of July and i don't understand why and why they not canceling because i did cancel. I don't recommend anyone to get rain trust me
