Cancelation.
I have been wanting to cancel my rain account Have used the app and online to cancel my account.
I receive an email saying someone will contact me to issue the cancelation. No call. Reference number ***
Try again. Receive email. No call. Reference number ***

3 times I have tried to cancel my subscription to no avail.

Took 2 weeks to get a reply and now they have deducted money from my account this month after I have tried to cancel for 2 weeks. I want to CANCEL my account!!!!
