Cancelation bad service

Rain was quick to call me to convince me to tage the rain 5g i paid Monday was promised delivery in 3 days. Now i enquire about canceling after reading horrible reviews no feedback. I was specific in my need for internet. Nothing has been delivered my account sat on pending payment for 2 days when payment was made immediately. Not happy i would like to cancel the request and be refunded please
