Rain has consistently FAILED to provide a service - No 5G not even the 4G fallback works - I have complained consistently since October with no intervention - Rain emails and its foreign call center calls BUT no resolution - The fact that I have to post my grievances here demonstrates the total lack of ability to deal with technical and client service related issues - PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
