Hi, if this network is still not working by 12:00 today, please cancel it and collect it. I am tired of this disrespect. I am working from home and your bunch of consultant are just not helpful.

Hi, yesterday I spoke to one of the floor managers who promised that this would be resolved. I see it's 8 o'clock and still not working. I have lost too much with this compromise, please cancel this immediately, send someone to collect it and refund me. I am already applying for alternative internet provider. Please ensure that you cancel today and collect today.
