Cancel the service is awful

Back again with another review. I just had enough with Rain and their internet connection. Ir is awfully slow and their service is terrible. I have requested to cancel my service 2 days ago and guess what, i have still not received assistance, instead i get an automated email stating that one of their agents will get back to me soon. I am still waiting for an agent to get back to me. Its disgraceful towards client thats we receive this kind of service. When will this awful customer service come to an end. I just had it. I want to cancel this service AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
