Cancel subscription with Rain
I have asked Rain to phone me on 3 August so I can cancel my subscription, with no luck. Now they are trying to debit my account which incurs fees!!!! I demand that those fees are covered as nobody bothered to phone me so I can cancel my subscription and when I mail, nobody replies either!
