Cancel subscription - Mission impossible!

I have phoned and emailed numerous times to cancel my subscription and get my refund. Nobody is getting back to me.

Almost a month later and no response - has the router been collected?
Note that I am in the USA and won't be able to receive any calls.

Still waiting for my refund.
