CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE YOU ARE A ****.

Rain has debitted R649 on my account on the 19th of December, the WIFI was on from then untilthe 1st of this month, I inquired on how is that happening because the amoumt debitted was for the Wifi to work for the whole month.

I was called by an agent and I requested that they cancel my subscription and they promised to cancel it.

Guess what! I AM STILL RECEIVING NOTIFICATIOMS FROM MY BANK THAT MY ACCOUNT IS OVERDUE.

I have debit fees because of this now when I wanted to get the subscription cancelled from almost a month ago!!
