Cancel Subsciption immediately

I have sent numerous wifi subscription requests and they are not attended to. I want to close it immediately because I have my own Telkom fibre. I will not be paying the subscription this month since I cancelled it last month. I am getting fed up. My rain number is ***. respond immediately!!!!

Yes I want to pay the R349.50 on the last month of the bill. Please collect it from 12 Carter Street, Forest Hill, 2190 (2nd red gate) Call Colin at *** to ask him if he is at home when you collect the router. Also I wanted to downgrade to R250 next month. Please advise. Thanks
