Cancel my subscription as of immediate effect and refund me the last instalment

It seems like I’m a regular to your platform concerning Rain network, I logged in to their App to cancel my subscription and the option was not available stating that I’m owing while they have been debiting every 25th of the month for the past plus 3 years, their continuous poor connection issue has been really beyond ridiculous, I want to cancel my subscription and I’m requesting a refund for my premium that was debited for June, I’m done with Rain, I’m exhausted of complaining as I have been wasting my money paying for a network that is not working.
