Cancel my subcription

I complained about RAIN signal last week. They provided me with a new router which does the same thing as the previous one.

I'm fed up of complaining each and everyday/week.

I would like cancel my subscription with RAIN.

DO NOT DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT THIS COMING MONTH END!! On my billing date please come and collect your router I'm done with you guys.
