Cancel my service, your service is extremely poor just like your network

Rain has a tendency of not calling people, I 1st logged an email call regarding poor signal and they never contacted me. I then decided to cancel their service and send a deactivate service and they still send me an email saying they will call me. This was on Wednesday 5/6/2024 and I have not received their call. Rain cancel my service urgently
