Cancel my rain, cannot get hold of a human being and all emails of rain not working.
I am trying to get hold of a support person to cancel my monthly payment as it is a month to month contract and there is no email address to cancel, there is no support on the website and when I go into my own profile by login in, there is still no electronic support that helps you cancel on line. This seems more like a very clever **** to keep you as a client.
I am not happy and both email addresses that rain has provided don't work. The one which is *** is no longer and the other which is *** sends you a message back saying login and get support and when I do that there is no place to cancel.
