CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. NETWORK USELESS

Please cancel my account with immdiate effect. I took my contrat on the 28th July there it should be cancelled today. I dont want any additional charges for a network with poor connection. I hardly use it as it never works. I looged a query on the 30th July did not receive a resoinse till date. PLEASE CANCEL THE CONTRACT IMMDIATELY AS I WONT PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESNT WORK. I PAID A FULL MONTH SUBSCRIBTION FOR NOTHING. YOU CANT BILL ME FURTHER.
