Cancel my contract immediately and refund me my money

I called in Rain support to cancel my 4G sim contract this call was made in November and the reason for cancellation is because I requested a sim stop and later learned that my identity was tempered with since the sim swop could no longer be delivered as promised. Rain tempered with my identity and in the same light keep on debiting my account every month while I'm not using they services. I very angry at this situation because they just logging tickets and I'm not being helped by anyone even on the matter of how come did my ID change because from the first instance while applying for the contract I used my identity number . Rain has poor customer service and when time comes to cancel the contract none is possible team leaders avoid talking to me and helping me, as we speak Rain owes me over R2300 and still has not cancelled my contact they say its active but I'm don't have it nor using they service . It's does not protect its customers and has shrewd legal ways. I have called in a number of times to what you say, is customer support but its the opposite and your agents have not helped me since Novemver all you share is false information and promises. All this tickets logged are all useless rain never comes back to its customers but knows how to debit with no shame. You as rain you violating my rights and this is also against FICA Regulation and The Consumer Rights Protection Act. What you doing is ilegal. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND TO BE REFUNDED YOU CAN NOT CHARGE A PERSON FOR A SERVICES THEY NOT USING LET ALONE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE PRODUCT AND GETTING SERVICE YOU CHARGING THEM FOR. PAY ME BACK MY MONEY AND CANCEL THIS CONTRACT UNDER MY NAME IMMEDIATELY.
