Cancel my account and refund me

I cancelled my rain account on 18/10/2022 for the end of the month 31/10/2022 and early November the account was still active so I cancelled it again. I also pho in during the month of November and the account was still not cancelled rain had to give me a refund which i am still waiting on. My account is still active and another installment is about to be deducted and I never used the account since 19 or 20 October 2022. RAIN PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND REFUND ME!!!!!!!!!
