Cancel my 5g please

I got confusing information I requested for my product to be canceled effective immediately and the lady on the phone told me she would cancel it the immediately however I see she's scheduled it to be canceled on the end of the month but she told me that she was gonna cancel it effective immediately please cancel the product effective immediately as I requested as I lost my job and I can't afford it at the moment and I explained this to the lady over the phone she also told me they would be collecting the router by courier
