My experience with Rain has been a nightmare. I was using Rain, making payments myself, as it is a pay as you go facility and not contract. Rain for some reason managed to get my banking info and effected payments from their side. I'm now having challenges with cancellation. I have cancelled on the app on the 27th December, damaged and discarded the sim card, as it was of no use for me. However, I am still billed and transactions effected. I have sent may emails, called many times. I would not recommend rain to anyone. U will not reach them by phone, they would not call you back or mail to resolve the matter. The worst ever service provider.
