Cancel and they will ruin your credit record

I canceled my Rain a long time ago. I did not sign any contract as it's a pay-as-you-go. I know they like to charge people still so I called to cancel. They have now handed me over to debt collection. Are these people mad? I owe then nothing yet they are destroying my credit record

I called and it was canceled with zero outstanding amount. Its been years so I dont know how to connect anyway. This is total nonsense. Check the voice call.
