Cancel and refund my money
Received a private message about how their technicians are working in the issue... 2 days later still the same damn issue...what they're working on I don't know... Please collect your unit and refund my money as simple as that...

My address is 19 Woodside Square, Northpine, 7560. At this point I don't have any confidence that the issue will be fixed as I was promised a technician would contact me daaayyyyys ago and still nothing... Why do you not have people who come and fix the issue be it 5g towers or modem issues ect..... Just to chat online does nothing at all...
