Cancel and refund me

Im writing this review very disappointed as rain has been ****ing me i starting using rain in September i paid my f8rst installment in october however the network connection was bad i sent them emails there after to cancel however no one assisted me. The only thing they call ke for is to remind me of payment if i tell them i needed to camcel and they should refund me of my money they promise to get back to me with feedback till today i have not been assisted RAIN I WAMT TO CANCEL AND I WAMT MY MONEY BACK i should take this to court you are using people
