Can you try and get at least one single thing right?? This is laughable.
I am not one of your clients any longer. I returned the router on Sunday to the walk in store in Paulshof. And now I get a sms that the courier is scheduling collection. Of what?? What are they supposed to collect? The router I returned which I have a mail verification of returned items and a video on my phone of myself returning the router. Is there anything that Rain can do correctly? Same thing happened with collection. Ah well they are wasting their time and expenses fetching something that has been returned to the branch already. Wake up. I seriously want nothing to do with Rain ever again.

How difficult is it to figure out I am no longer a client and have returned your router to Paulshof as I said I would, because I wanted your trash out of my place. Wake up!!! Your incompetence is really becoming irritating!!
