Can you stand the Rain?

I was so happy when Rain pushed their 5g network in my area. I was one of the first people to subscribe to the service. I was getting speeds up to 350mbps. Then one day they called me to tell me, they needed to fetch my outdoor router. They needed to do some sort of update on the router. I was hesitant because my internet was fantastic and why would I need to change now?. Anyways.. long story short. They picked up my router and replaced it with an indoor/outdoor unit. And everything went "drizzly" from there.. I couldn't get my speeds anymore. +- 20mbps and when I complained they wouldn't come back to me. I was devastated when something that was working so well now became a struggle. I wouldn't recommend Rain because of their feedback service and how they divorced me in a matter of seconds when I decided to cancel my subscription. I felt like I was involved in an affair and Rain thought I cheated on her. So she cut me loose as quick as possible before I could justify my actions. Please be careful when thinking you're going to be able to download the entire second season of schits creek in a matter of minutes because that was short lived and you're going to be left with the sad truth that. We're not ready for 5g and Rain. Please stick to the rivers and lakes you are used and stop chasing "Rainfalls".
