Can someone PLEAES CALL ME.. I am sick and tired of NOT HAVING CONTINUED WIFI connection. You are so quick to take my money but not resolving MY ISSUES. I logged so many calls and NO ONE has sorted out my issue. Last month 2G was not loaded onto the sim card and when I complained and asked for a usage report NOTHING WAS DONE. I am so sick and tired of RAIN now and will be advising others to stay away, because your service of 5G is non existent and towers always down.. I have told your support team that something is wrong with my actual router/ device and nothing has been done about it. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT NOW… I cannot work with intermittent wifi all day and late at night. It seems that you do throttle service near the end of the because doing speed checks and only getting 7mbps is ridiculous. I am waiting for someone to call me today.
