Can rain please fix this problem and stop debiting my account
Rain is ******** they debited 1300 last month on the 26 September 2022 without my permission ive send emails to rhem so that it can be fixed and reversed back from my account.they requested statements to proof that they debited and said they escalating even now they are still escalating.They tried debiting my account again and i dont owe them nothing cause they disconnected services when you call them you hold for more that 20minutes am very dissapointed and very sad

27 Oct 2022, 08:50Ive been hearing that from last month but theres nothing that you are doing about this.ive spoke to 5 agents and everytime they say they are escalating to billing department can you please fux this matter.you rush to take money from our accounts but dont rush to solve the problem,i dont have internet acess now cause you also quick to disconnect will this problem be fixed or what
