Can Rain management call me ***

I use to have Rain Wifi when I was living in Rustenburg. I then moved from Rustenburg to Koster were there is no rain coverage. I tried to call them. I send them a email to let them know I am no longer using there Wifi. For three months they keep deducting money from my credit card. I tried numerous times to call them but you can not get hold of them. So I have to change my credit card so that they can not deduct money any more. They never call me. After a year they let me know that I owe them money. According to their adverti*****t it state clearly that there is no contact it's on a month to month base. Now after almost three years they call again to let me know that I owe them money. I tried to explain to the lady that it is not possible but she said that I did not cancel rain. I will appreciate it if rain management will call me.
