CAN NOT RICA MY RAIN SIMCARD ONLINE - THERE IS NO WAY THAT I CAN CONTACT RAIN AT ALL !!!!!

I have bought a sim card by clicks where the sales person inform my that I must register the sim card on line , I have register the sim card online and payed for my monthly description (R479) but then I need to Rica the Rain sim card online I discover that the link that rain send me to RICA my sim is not working , It stuck in the middle and I can not complete the registration of the sim card , I tried to go on the support page of rain so that I can be help but there is a error on the support page and I can not be helped - there is no way that I CAN NOT RICA THE RAIN NETWORK SIMCARD ANYWERE AND CAN NOT CONTACT THEM AT ALL !!!!!!!!
