Can i have the paid up letter

I paid up the rain account that was handed over to attorneys, can you please close the account and give me the paid-up letter, your system shows that i am still owing while i am not even using the account since 2021, I paid R570, that i wasnt aware of, but because of my reputation and i was already handed over, i needed to pay it off,
