i have been trying to contact rain for 3 days now, there is no contact number any where on their site, i have submitted countless online tickets and just keep getting an automated email response stating my ticket has been received. this is truly unacceptable as the reason i actually purchased this 5 g package was for work purposes, i have been struggling to get a steady network connection, the network reconnects every 5 seconds and I'm unable to connect to any of my work sites, its ridiculous to say the least, if this is how we are going to start our journey then i doubt i want to go any further. I've checked countless times where i can optimize my coverage by moving the router around my house as indicated in the help video on your portal but still am not able to get a steady connection. you advertise a plug and go but this is more like plug and play i am highly annoyed i literally have to reboot the stupid router every 5 minutes to get internet coverage for literally a minute how is that unlimited data???? i need someone to call be back urgently before i loose my marbles!!!
