Call Rain for support, receive ****py muzak and phone charges

I have a question for Rain and called their support number 0***0. The phone was answered and an adverti*****t played as usual. I was then told to hold, so I did for 2 minutes. Called again and held for 2 minutes. And again for 3 minutes before giving up. I checked to find out who pays for the calls to rain about which the claim to provide support. It turns out that the caller, the customer, their bread and butter, pays. So I and others are paying to listen to Rain adverts and receiving bupkis in return, unless you like Muzak. Not nice of Rain
