Call me urgently I'm not happy at all with your lack of customer service paying for something that I cannot use

Hi can someone contact me urgently

I made a payment on the 20th and ever since then i haven't been able to use your service but i paid that is not fair totally uncalled

When I connect I'm told to sign in network then it says outstanding payment I don't understand how that is possible as I paid my outstanding payment after you people even charged me and incorrect fee and you called me and apologized now you doing this again

Can you please contact me or fix this mess I cant be paying for something that im unable to use.
