Call got disconnected

I call in today because I wanna cancel my rain because of connections, am working from home but the Internet connection is very poor. Tell me why the agent disconnected the call from me after I spent the whole 20mins with her, I gave her my address and she told me that she is not seeing my address on her system, i have her the land mark of shoprite yarona tell me how would i know the streets number for a landmark ? She just disconnected the call on me, tell me why did she do that its because am canceling ?
