Call for an Audit on Rain- Im not getting what i paid for or was promised of!!!

Can we get an audit done on this service provider please. I am not getting what i paid for. I'm in a 4G/5G area and i pay monthly for 10mbps. When I do a wifi speed test the Maximum I get is 3mbps with one connector. I'm stunned , am I supposed to work with this wifi? I tried contacting the call Centre but apparently the company doesn't have one. Can we call on a public audit on this one please.
