Call center support very helpful escalation to Engineers not so much

For long i have not had a problem with rain.... Its been a almost 2 weeks of network down or connecting me to a tower thats far away, call center support is helpful and on the case to give assistance when the ticket gets escalated to higher support / engineers that is when the coms go down and if they do call they only call you once if you missed it dont expect a second call. they mail after the missed call, if you rep**** to that email coms goes down. I just want my network to be restored and connected to the nearest tower....
