Byebye Rain | losing another customer

I used to stay in Pretoria and the service were good. However since I moved to JHB - the 5G tower (Crn of Klipview Rd and Blougom Cres) is constantly giving issues. The internet has been un-usable, not even able to load a WhatsApp status for almost a week.

I am unable to get an answer as to if the problem can even be fixed by RAIN - your support desk is a wall, separating your consumers from Management and proper support.

Cancellation in process, Fibre on the way, bye bye Rain

Your support is so face - saying you reply privately however I can't even read your reply - stop fooling people with your poor support structure. Rain executive team - you got too greedy and forgot your vision when you started Rain
