Good day ,I requested to cancel due to ongoing network issues not being resolved after being with Rain since December 2022 and never had issues until I was advised that I could upgrade in October/September 23 then I received the new Router and was in awe that I increased my speed to 100mbps then I realised it was not speed up ,I requested a callback and had to callback in the end where I was mocked and laughed at as Rain one was not an upgrade but a new line and I was forced to pay R70 more ,I was searching my emails and saw and email where Rain advertised RainOne as an upgrade and I would still pay R529 for this reason I want to be compensated for the lies and reimbursed all the months that I paid and also want my money back for the last 2 months that I requested to cancel and was promised IT would come and they never rectified the issues.I would like acknowledge the lady that called me constantly and tried her best to resolve so much so that she called me constantly to find out if IT had come to no avail,bad service Rain
