****** by Rain

So irritated with their **** service, been requesting that rain does my credit refund as I've been promised once they collect their router id be refunded - besides my airtime that I keep using to call them I also haven't recieved anything on Friday the 07/02/25 jasmine sent an email requesting that my refund be done Monday the 10/02/25 sitting on a call with Shaun as I haven't recieved anything he also has confirmed that the ticket hasn't been responded too... ever ready to collect their funds on a monthly basis but makes customers run behind what is ours...what **** is this ???!! Rain i want my refund else you will be losing many customers.
