Buy one get one free!!!

I ordered the promotional package where you buy one package and get one free. The 5G premium promotion. When I talked to consultant during the ordering stages he confirmed that it is a promotion where I will receive 2 routers and 2 sim cards for only R999 pm. They only delivered the one package. After 5 attempts and empty promises I am still waiting for feedback. Not one single phone call or email to rectify this. Why promise a promotion package if you can not keep up to that promise? This is very very bad customer service. I paid for the promotional package and that is what I want or my money back in full.
