I haven't used rain since March 2021. All of a sudden 27th September a debit went through no prior invoice sent. According to the app my my last billing March 2021 is R0.00. When. You try to call their number is busy. Turns out I'm not their only victim. I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I HAVEN'T USED IN OVER 6 MONTHS!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
