Bunch of ******

My account was just debited thrice yesterday, I cancelled in December and was told that the last D.O would be at the end of December. I did not understand why I had a last debit when I made a payment before using rain services but I let it slide. When my account was debited yesterday I was super ****ed even more ****ed when the call centre agents could not tell me why. I am sure you have done your homework now. Refund my hard earned money and stop the debits immediately!!!
