I have reported via Facebook messenger a number of times now that my internet speed is very slow to almost nonexistent - 0.1mbps!!! They have responded twice not to say "Unfortunately our map shows that you are situated higher than the tower(in terms of slope), please try to optimize." I have sent photographs that clearly illustrate that I am clearly not higher than the tower - the tower is 200m from me and I stay about 2m above sea level near the beach. Then I get zero response! I am paying for 4G internet!
