Bull**** Service!!!

Another month of fighting with Rain to just get their billing correctly and their billing dates correct. I don't know how difficult it is to just change payment dates when a client requests this. This company has gone to ****. I have been a loyal customer for years but now I am really canceling their service. Their staff is useless, I can't request one thing to be done since June and niw in November it's not done. All they know is to log calls and never sort out anything. Their website is also ****!!!
