Bull**** service

They deserve zero stars. I paid for June service and since my payment date changed I changed it on app to be 1st July but I paid on 28th. They say I must pay again in order to use the service and that the R529 I paid on 28 was only for 3 days. The call centre is so rude and you don't even understand what they are saying. They refuse to transfer you to someone that speaks your language and keeping talking about protocols and that they will not escalate the issue cause it doesn't need escalation. So their word is final whoever I spoke to and they are so arrogant. Rain employed these people that are used to running a ****a shop and they want to control everything. Your service is pathetic. Do not sign up with Rain. Network sucks and the customer service is below poor. You are so degrading to your customers and you do not want to listen. You speak over someone and you talk nonsense. When you sign up for rain up you pay. There is no postpaid nonsense. Last month with you. I'm going to Telkom.
