Bull**** service

I'm still saying rain has bad customer service ever I wouldn't recommend it to anyone last week on the 11th I wrote a review regarding my router not working. Then they called me and send a technician to come and assist when a technician left I was told that my services will be stopped and on Monday I'll be receiving a new router. On 14th I'm called by someone from their sales department after explaining myself was told that a query for my router was only logged on Sunday I shall receive the new one on Wednesday till today no one has called me I still don't have router I can't work or do anything what a **** service I've received just cancel my account I'll find liable service provider to assist me
